Suisse Line (Suisse IT GmbH, Berikon AG) is a platform for building inbound and outbound AI phone agents, with a strong focus on Swiss German. Voko (Bern) is an AI phone assistant for small businesses, set up by the business itself in a few questions.

Suisse Line publishes an annual price: CHF 1,980 for 100 minutes a month, about CHF 165 a month. Voko bills monthly or yearly, from CHF 99 a month for 500 minutes. Per included minute that is CHF 1.65 against CHF 0.20 (our arithmetic, Suisse Line’s annual price divided by twelve).

What follows is Suisse Line’s own statement, not a check of ours:
- Suisse Line says all data is stored in Switzerland, and that it is ISO 27001 certified. Recording is optional, and recordings are deleted after 90 days.
- Voko: the database is in Zurich, the voice and the phone line run through US providers, and we do not claim Swiss hosting. By default, the audio is not recorded, and the caller’s number and summary are erased after 30 days. If you switch recording on, the assistant says so at the start of the call.
Which one to choose
Choose Suisse Line if
- Swiss German, with its dialects, is at the centre of your calls;
- you also want agents that call your customers, not only answer them;
- annual billing suits you.
Choose Voko if
- you want more minutes for your money: 500 from CHF 99 a month, against 100;
- you would rather pay monthly, with no annual commitment;
