An estimate, not a quote. The calculation uses real Voko pricing (CHF 99 / 299 / 599 per month for 500 / 1'500 / 3'000 minutes, excl. VAT, extra minutes at CHF 25 per started block of 100 minutes). By default a call is estimated at 5 minutes and the time of whoever answers at CHF 35 an hour. To assume nothing about revenue, set that value to 0 and only the payroll savings remain. Everything else comes from the numbers you entered.
