What happens if I go over my included minutes?
Voko keeps answering: your line never stops. The overage shows in your account and you're notified before any charge, never billed automatically without your say-so.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes, at any time from your account. The change applies immediately.
How does annual billing work?
You pay once a year and get your monthly minutes back twelve times, at a 15% discount against the monthly rate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account, with no notice period beyond the period already paid for.
