How much does an AI phone agent cost in Switzerland?
With Voko, from CHF 99 a month excl. VAT for 500 minutes, about CHF 0.20 a minute, up to CHF 599 for 3'000 minutes. Across the Swiss market, entry plans ran from CHF 29 to 249 a month for 50 to 500 minutes, or with no minutes counted, according to our survey of 8 October 2026, published with its sources in our 2026 comparison.
What is the difference between the plans?
Capacity and a few growth tools. Every plan answers the phone, books appointments in your calendar and sends you a summary by email. Pro adds appointment reminders, contacts with caller recognition and routing, several transfer destinations with a team directory, and bexio. Business adds the API and the webhook, booking in your own system, number porting and priority support. During the free trial, you can try everything except number porting.
Does the AI agent connect to my CRM, HubSpot for example?
Yes, on the Business plan: every call can be sent to your CRM, HubSpot included, through a signed webhook your system receives. There is no native HubSpot integration: the connection is made on the webhook side, by you or your provider. On the other plans the summary arrives by email; Pro adds bexio.
How does Voko compare with other Swiss providers?
Always divide the price by the included minutes: Voko gives 500 minutes for CHF 99, about CHF 0.20 a minute, and published entry plans range from about CHF 0.20 to CHF 1.65 per included minute (our calculation, as of 8 October 2026). Our 2026 comparison puts Voko and seven other providers side by side, with figures and sources.
Is there a setup fee?
No, on none of the three plans. The price shown is all you pay, excluding VAT.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
The AI agent keeps answering: your line never stops. Each minute beyond your plan costs CHF 0.35 on Starter, CHF 0.25 on Pro and CHF 0.20 on Business, with the total rounded up to the next franc; you get an email with the amount before it is added to your next invoice.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, at any time from your account. The change applies immediately.
How does annual billing work?
You pay once a year and receive your monthly minutes twelve times, with a 15% discount compared with the monthly price.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account, with no notice period beyond the period already paid for.
Does the AI agent speak Swiss German?
Yes, as a beta. You can set your agent to Swiss German: the agent then answers in dialect and switches to standard German if the caller prefers. As this is a beta, make a test call from your dashboard first, before switching Swiss German on for your line.
