No. The AI agent notes the name, age, preferred group and contact details, then passes them on to the committee, which confirms the place.
Can a question about membership fees be answered?
Yes, with the amounts you wrote. Otherwise, the question is noted for the committee.
Does this replace the committee?
No. The AI agent gives information and takes notes when nobody is available. Decisions stay with the committee.
What happens to the data of families who call?
By default, no voice is recorded: recording only runs if you switch it on, and callers are then told. The number and the call summary are deleted after 30 days, or after the delay you choose.
Can a call be transferred to someone on the committee?
Yes, to a number of your choice, in the cases you have defined.
