No, never. The AI agent notes the description and passes it on to the workshop, which makes the diagnosis.
Are repair prices given?
Only the ones you have written, a tyre change for example. A repair price depends on a diagnosis: the request is noted for your quote.
Does this replace my front desk?
No. The AI agent takes the calls the front desk cannot take, when everyone is under a vehicle or with customers on site.
What happens to my customers' data?
By default, no voice is recorded: recording only runs if you switch it on, and callers are then told. The number and the call summary are deleted after 30 days, or after the delay you choose.
Can a call be transferred to the workshop?
