No, never. The AI agent gives no therapeutic advice. The question is noted and passed on to the practice.
What happens to a series of sessions that is already scheduled?
A session booked by the AI agent can be moved or cancelled during the call: the AI agent finds it from the calling number. A session booked at the practice is not visible to the AI agent: the request is noted and passed on to you.
Does this replace my front desk?
No. The AI agent takes calls while you are treating patients, at lunchtime and after closing. You stay in charge of everything else.
Professional secrecy and patient data: what does the AI agent do?
Responsibility for professional secrecy stays with the practice. We give you the means to meet it: the database is in Zurich, the application runs in Frankfurt, and voice, the language model and telephony are handled by other providers, including in the United States. You choose the deletion period for each agent (30 days by default), down to a mode with no retention, and audio is not recorded by default. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Can a call be transferred to the firm?
Yes, to a number of your choice, in the cases you have defined.
