Scope
These terms govern use of the voko.ch website and the Voko services. A separate written agreement, for example for a custom offer, prevails in case of conflict.
Services
Voko provides an automated phone assistant that answers calls, books appointments and forwards summaries. The exact scope depends on the plan chosen and the configuration agreed. Voko is an assistance tool and replaces neither professional advice nor an emergency service.
Prices and billing
Prices are in Swiss francs, excluding VAT, per month and per customer, billed monthly or once a year. No setup fee is charged. Minutes included per plan are stated on the pricing page. Prices may be adjusted on 30 days notice.
Term and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions have no minimum term and can be cancelled with effect from the end of any month; annual subscriptions, from the end of the paid year. Cancel from your workspace or by plain email to hello@voko.ch.
Customer obligations
The customer provides accurate information about their business, opening hours and services, and ensures they hold the necessary rights over any data supplied. The customer informs their own callers to the extent required by applicable law.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability without guaranteeing it. Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced over the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for indirect damage, in particular lost profit. The voice demo is provided as is, for evaluation.
Data protection
Data processing is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. When you use Voko for your own telephone line, you remain responsible for the processing of your callers' data. Voko acts as your processor and processes that data only on your instructions and to provide the service, never for its own purposes and never to train models. Voko applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, engages the sub-processors named in the privacy policy, and informs you without delay of any breach of data security affecting your data.
Changes
We may adapt these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page. Substantial changes are announced by email to affected customers.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, subject to mandatory jurisdictions.
