Who Linea is
Linea (linea24.ch, published by Flowblog EURL, France) is an AI phone receptionist aimed at French-speaking Switzerland. Voko (Bern) is an AI phone assistant for small businesses across Switzerland, set up by the business itself in a few questions.

What follows is Linea’s own statement, not a check of ours:
- Linea says data is hosted in Frankfurt, with Google Gemini and Twilio in the United States. Audio is kept 30 days, transcripts 90.
- Voko: the database is in Zurich, the voice and the phone line run through US providers, and we do not claim Swiss hosting. By default, the audio is not recorded, and the caller’s number and summary are erased after 30 days. If you switch recording on, the assistant says so at the start of the call.
Which one to choose
Choose Linea if
- you get a lot of calls, mostly in French: Linea Business gives the most minutes at that level;
- taking appointment requests, without booking straight into the calendar, is enough for you.
Choose Voko if
- you are starting small: 500 minutes for CHF 99, against 300 for CHF 149;
- you want appointments to land straight in your calendar;
- you want to try without giving a card, or you want an assistant that speaks Swiss German (beta).
