• Botts AI says its platform runs in Switzerland, while calls go through Twilio in the United States. Its own pages name different regions for voice processing.
• Voko: the database is in Zurich, the voice and the phone line run through US providers, and we do not claim Swiss hosting. By default, the audio is not recorded, and the caller’s number and summary are erased after 30 days. If you switch recording on, the assistant says so at the start of the call.
