Partner program terms
Last updated: 2026-10-01
1. Purpose
These terms govern the Voko partner program, operated as a sole proprietorship by Thomas Koch, Seidenweg 12, 3012 Bern (“Voko”). You accept them by creating your partner account. They supplement Voko’s general terms and conditions, which apply otherwise.
2. Participation
Any adult and any business may take part, with no Voko subscription. The partner account is free and personal. Voko may refuse or end a participation if these terms are breached.
3. Link, code and attribution
You receive a personal, non-transferable link and code. A business is attributed to you if it creates its Voko account within 90 days of its first click on your link, or if it enters your code when signing up. Only the first link or code used counts. The attribution is fixed when the account is created and does not change afterwards. No commission is due for: a business that already had a Voko account, free trial included; your own account or business; a business connected to yours (same group, same management or same payment method).
4. Benefit for the recommended business
The recommended business pays half price for its first month of subscription, on the plan it chooses, after its free trial. On an annual subscription, the discount equals half a month. This benefit applies once and cannot be combined with another offer or discount code.
5. Commission
You receive 20% of the amount Voko actually collects for the subscription of each business attributed to you, excluding VAT and after any discounts. Extra minutes, fees and other services are not included. The commission is due for as long as the business pays its subscription and your partner account is open. It follows plan changes automatically. On an annual subscription, the commission is split into twelve monthly parts.
6. Timing and payout
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the corresponding payment. If the payment is refunded, disputed or cancelled, the corresponding commission is cancelled, or deducted from a later payout if it has already been paid. Voko pays the payable balance once a month, once it reaches CHF 50; a lower balance is carried over to the following month. Payouts are made in Swiss francs, at your choice as credit on your Voko invoice or by transfer to the bank account you register with Stripe, Voko’s payment provider. Any fees charged by the receiving bank are yours. Your partner area lists every payout.
7. Taxes and social insurance
Commissions are income. It is up to you to declare them and to pay the resulting taxes, social insurance contributions (AHV/IV/EO) and, where applicable, VAT. Voko makes no deductions. Amounts paid include any VAT due. Taking part in the program creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship between you and Voko.
8. Promotion rules
You present Voko honestly, sticking to the information published on voko.ch. In particular, the following are prohibited: mass advertising messages without the recipients’ consent; buying ads on the Voko name or its variants, and using domain names, accounts or brands that could be confused with Voko; presenting yourself as Voko or as a member of its team; publishing your code on coupon sites; any fictitious, incentivised or automated signup. In case of a breach, Voko may cancel the commissions for the businesses concerned and close your partner account.
9. Personal data
Voko processes your partner account data (name, contact details) to run the program and make payouts, in line with its privacy policy. Your bank details are entered and kept by Stripe; Voko has no access to them. In your area, you see the plan and signup date of the businesses attributed to you, never their names or data. You share your link only with people you are entitled to contact.
10. Duration, changes and termination
The program runs for an indefinite period. You may close your partner account at any time; the payable balance is then paid to you whatever the amount, and future commissions lapse. Voko may change or end the program with 30 days’ notice by email. A change applies only to businesses attributed after it takes effect. If the program ends, commissions for businesses already attributed remain due on the terms in force when they were attributed, unless you are in breach.
11. Liability
Voko does not guarantee any level of earnings. If you believe a business should have been attributed to you, write to hello@voko.ch within 60 days of its signup. Otherwise, Voko’s liability is limited in line with its general terms and conditions.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, subject to mandatory jurisdictions.
